12-week digital marketing and sales program · Built for service businesses, open to any business

Waiting List

A 12-week sales and marketing program to fill your calendar with paying clients.

“If this client leaves, where do I get the next one?”

Most service providers get clients the same way. You wait for referrals. You hope the gym or the clinic sends someone. You post content, and maybe boost a post.

Sometimes it works. But there is no system behind it, so even when it works, you are scared it will stop.

No control. No power in your hand. Helpless, powerless, and depending on one channel.

And nobody sits with you and shows you what to fix first.

I know very well how this feels.

I had 10–12 clients, and it dropped to 1.

I was very scared. I had doubts about myself. I used to ask myself: is my career going to end?

But in 2 weeks, all my slots were booked again.

And that didn't happen because of luck. It happened because of sales and marketing.

What you get

As a personal trainer, Prajwal made Rs 3–3.5 lakh/month 1-on-1, and Rs 6 lakh+ once he added group training.

Imperial Fitness, Dhumbarahi: collections were under Rs 3 lakh in our first full month together, and Rs 7.6 lakh in one month since.

His client Sabina, a fitness coach: at Rs 3 lakh for a 3-month package, everyone took it.

Bonuses

Your money back, and I keep training you

Follow the plan made for you. If your new clients haven't paid you at least your seat money within the 12 weeks, you get your money back, and I keep training you.

Do every item on the checklist below for the 12 weeks: the work your plan sets (content, ads or both), plus the sales training.

The bar: what you paid for your seat, plus, if your plan includes ads, what you spent on ads in weeks 5–12 (from your Meta billing, counted up to your plan's weekly budget × 8 weeks).

If the money your new clients have paid you has not reached the bar, I give you back every rupee you paid for your seat, within 30 days of an approved claim. Your ad spend is not refunded; it only raises the bar.

And you keep training with me free in the next batches' live sessions and group until your new-client sales since week 1 reach the bar: up to 2 more batches or 24 weeks, whichever ends first, as long as you keep sending your weekly numbers and don't miss more than 4 of a batch's live sessions without notice.

(Payments that arrive up to 30 days after week 12, for deals made in the 12 weeks, count too.)

See the checklist

The checklist (every item is checked against a record you can see):

  1. Onboarding form by day 7: your current clients (anyone who paid you in the last 12 months, with the date they last paid), your prices and your service area. And your plan, made with you in your one-to-one onboarding, signed by day 7 (it reaches you by day 5, inside your 7-day refund window). Your plan sets your route: content, ads or both.
  2. At least 20 of the 24 live sessions, present for at least 60 of the 90 minutes.
  3. Every assignment, with its template fully filled in, posted in the group by its deadline (up to 2 may be 72 hours late).
  4. Your weekly numbers (leads, calls booked, calls taken, sales and amounts, new-client sales), every week, 12 of 12, by Friday 18:00 (1 may be 48 hours late).
  5. Your offer and price list sent by the end of week 3. Until I approve it, every new client is sold at or above your onboarding prices; from the day I approve it, at or above the approved list.
  6. Your lead page live by the end of week 4, and every lead entered in your lead sheet.
  7. If your plan includes ads: ads live by the end of week 5 from your own ad account and card, following the ads checklist (aimed at leads or messages, in the service area on your form, built from one of the program's ad templates, with the template's code in the ad name), spending at least the weekly ad budget set in your plan every week in weeks 5–12 (at least Rs 2,000 a week for a Nepal market, more if you sell abroad). If Meta disables your account, run the same spend from another account within 7 days (the lost days are added to week 12).
  8. If your plan includes content: the feed posts or reels your plan sets for each week of weeks 3–12, on your business page, still up when you claim (a post the platform removed counts if a screenshot shows it went up). Stories don't count.
  9. Every booked sales call taken (or moved once), its outcome logged within 24 hours, including every sale and its amount, and every lead sent the program's follow-up messages.
  10. Your claim within 14 days after week 12, with your records.

Who it covers: businesses where a person closes the sale, not online stores; seats fully paid (both installments, where used); buyers who stay the full 12 weeks. It ends if a checklist item is missed; you leave the program or an installment is unpaid; you took the 7-day refund; a record is false; a sale is left out of your claim (any refund is then repaid); you won't let us confirm a logged sale with that client; the business closes, is sold or gives notice that it has stopped taking new clients; or you share the program's materials outside it. Winning no clients never ends it. If I can't deliver the program, or in case of death, you get back what you paid.

And if it's not for you in the first 7 days, tell us in writing and you get back every rupee you paid, no questions.
